"My fitness routine looks and consists of numerous workouts with endurance and power lifting, such as deadlifts, skull crushers, bench press and so on. I believe in giving the correct form when lifting because you gain better results and no injuries occur with good position."
My goals as a fitness model is to become strong not just in a physical way but mentally as well. To be able to coach and train individuals with big goals in fitness. I also plan to own my own gym and spa worldwide.
